With our new booking system you can see available pitches in real time and book around the clock, conveniently from home or on the road. Especially in spring and autumn, we recommend booking early.

 

Arrive without waiting
You don’t have to wait for reception to open.
The QR code takes you straight to the check-in form.
It works with any smartphone – no app needs to be installed.
Check-in from 12:00 noon!

 

Please have ready:

• Your booking confirmation (if booked in advance)

• A valid ID document for all guests (required by law)

• Your vehicle’s registration number

How it works: 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Book online
Select your travel dates and the number of guests and confirm the booking. Enter the required details and continue with the booking. Make the payment. You will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your access code.

Step 2: Scan the QR code at the entrance
On arrival, scan the QR code at the entrance with your smartphone. There are 2 options:

• Enter without a reservation: Enter the required details. The barrier opens and you can drive to any free pitch. Payment is made at check-out.

• I have a reservation: Enter the code from your booking confirmation or your registration number. The barrier opens and you can drive to any free pitch.

Step 3: Check yourself in
Enter the required personal details of all guests (mandatory registration in Italy), confirm them – done!

 

Check-out:
To leave, scan the QR code at the exit with your smartphone and enter your registration number or PIN. If you have already paid and submitted the required check-in details (personal details of all guests), the barrier opens and you can drive out.

Leaving temporarily and returning
To leave the campsite temporarily with your vehicle, e.g. to go shopping, into town or to a restaurant, scan the exit QR code, enter your registration number or access code, make any outstanding payment and select the option “Temporary exit with return”. The barrier opens and you can drive out. When you come back, scan the entrance QR code again and enter your registration number or access code.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Where can I find the QR code?
The QR code for entry/check-in is at the entrance, in front of the barrier.
The QR code for exit/check-out, on the other hand, is at the exit. These are two different QR codes.

 

What is the earliest check-in time?
You can check yourself in and drive to your pitch from 12:00 noon.

 

Do I need a reservation?
No, you can also check in spontaneously if pitches are available. A reservation, however, guarantees your pitch. If there are no free pitches left, you can ask at reception during opening hours about available reserve pitches, or give us a call.

 

Do I need to download an app?
No. Check-in runs directly in your smartphone’s browser.

 

Why do I need an ID document?
Under Italian law, the details of all guests must be reported to the authorities. Your data is used exclusively for this purpose and for handling your stay.

 

What if I have problems checking in?

How and when do I pay?
If you book your pitch in advance, you pay online beforehand and your pitch is guaranteed. If you check in without a reservation, you pay online at check-out/departure.

 

Can I extend my stay?
Yes, provided pitches are available. To extend, open the confirmation link you received and select “Extend stay”.

 

How does check-out work?
Departure by 11:00 a.m.: scan the QR code at the exit and enter your registration number or the access code you received.
Please note: if you leave after 12:00 noon, a late fee of €18 will be charged.

 

Can I use self check-in with a tent?
Unfortunately not. Tents have separate areas, which we allocate.
Please therefore come to reception (open daily from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.) or call us on +393405424359 or +393663600347. This also applies if you arrive by bicycle, motorbike or car. As we only have a limited number of tent pitches here in the Mincio Nature Park, we recommend calling or emailing us in advance if possible.
