We are Werner and Verena, originally from the region of South Tyrol in northern Italy. For about 20 years now, we've been drawn to the stunning landscapes of the Po Valley, especially the rivers Po and Mincio. Our passion for fishing, boating, and nature has always been a central part of our lives.

In 2024, we made our dream come true: we bought a house with a large piece of land right on the banks of the Mincio River – in the heart of the Parco del Mincio nature reserve. From the very beginning, our vision was clear: to create a special place for campers, anglers, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature lovers.

And in July 2025, that vision became a reality – our camper park "San Leone Paradise" officially opened its doors!

With love for nature, creative ideas, and plenty of motivation, we’ve created a little paradise – a place to arrive, breathe deeply, and simply enjoy life. All of it in harmony with the stunning natural surroundings of the park.
